Method of administration and dosage Dosage: adults and adolescents from 12 years old should take 2 tablets per day. Intake scheme: 2 tablets can be taken at once during the main meal or divided into two doses (1 tablet in the morning, 1 in the evening). Intake rules: the tablet should be swallowed whole without chewing and washed down with a glass of clean water.
