1 capsule 2 times a day. Swallow the capsule whole with ½ glass of water. The recommended course of taking the dietary supplement is 7-14 days. Consultation with a doctor is recommended before use. Do not use as a substitute for a full and balanced diet! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Active substances: passionflower herb dry extract - 150 mg; L-glycine - 100 mg; L-methylfolate - 0.50 mg; magnesium L-threonate - 150 mg. Excipients: filler microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Store in the original packaging, in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C.
