Directions and dosage
Take orally 30-40 minutes before the intended activity. The recommended single dose is 0.5-1 teaspoon (5-10 g). It is not recommended to exceed the maximum daily dose of 1 teaspoon. Mix the contents of the jar thoroughly before use. To achieve maximum effect, it is recommended to take the paste in a 1-2 month course.
