Dosage: 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day. Time of intake: During the main meal, without chewing, with a full glass of water. Course: The package is designed for 28 days. For a noticeable result (reduction of hair loss, nail strength), the course is often recommended to be continued for 1-3 months.
