Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) capsule daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual body characteristics. Ingredients Oat fiber, gelatin, silicon dioxide, magnesium silicate, coral calcium. Contains < 2% magnesium stearate. Does not contain added sugar, salt, yeast, artificial flavors or colors.
