Recommended use
As a supplement for cognitive, cardiovascular, or mitochondrial health, we recommend taking a dosage of 20–40 mg (1–2 capsules) per day on an empty stomach. It is not recommended to take a dose exceeding 80 mg (4 capsules) per day.
