Recommendations for use Add 1–2 level tablespoons to at least 355 ml (12 oz) of water or juice. Stir vigorously and drink immediately. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase the dose over several weeks. Ingredients Psyllium seed husk (husk/seed). No yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, or tree nut ingredients are used in production.
