Recommendations for use Add 1–2 level tablespoons to at least 355 ml (12 oz) of water or juice. Stir vigorously and drink immediately. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts, gradually increasing the dose over several weeks. Ingredients Psyllium seed husk (husk/seeds). No yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, or tree nut ingredients are used in production. Manufactured in a facility with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registration, where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed. Warnings Note.
