Recommendations for use
Take one (1) capsule twice daily with at least 8 ounces of water per capsule.
Ingredients
Gelatin, rice flour, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Does not contain gluten, salt.
Warnings
Psyllium seed husks should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking psyllium husks without a full glass of liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
Product is tamper-evident. Do not use this product if the outer protective film is damaged or missing.
