Pol-Pola Eko Fito instructions for use
Pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water over 1 filter bag (1.5 g), let it brew for 15 minutes, squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) 2 times a day with meals. Duration of intake is 2-3 weeks. Repeated courses are possible during the year.
