Method of application and dosage Single serving: A standard effective serving is about 5 g (1 measuring scoop), and for maximum effect — up to 15 g (3 measuring caps). How to take: Dilute the serving in 150-200 ml of cold water and drink about 30-40 minutes before the start of the workout. Warnings: It is not recommended to take before bedtime (due to the pronounced stimulating effect) and exceed the maximum daily dosage.
