Method of administration It is recommended to take two tablets and one capsule per day during the main meal or immediately after it. Swallow with water, without chewing. Taking tablets/capsule with a hearty meal maximizes nutrient absorption and may reduce nausea that sometimes occurs when taking multivitamins on an empty stomach.
