Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with food or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics. Ingredients Cellulose, starch, stearic acid, acacia gum, gelatin. Contains < 2% croscarmellose sodium, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide. No artificial colors, artificial flavors, lactose, milk, salt, soy, wheat and yeast. Warnings Consult a physician before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or taking medications, if you have any medical conditions, or if you are planning any medical procedures. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a physician. The dose of folic acid should not exceed 1000 mcg per day. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the package is defective or its integrity is compromised. Store at room temperature. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
