Recommendations for use
Children under 2 years: Consult a doctor before use.
Adults and children from 2 years: Take 1 teaspoon (3 g) per day. Can be added to cold drinks or unheated food, such as porridge, yogurt, or applesauce.
Store in the refrigerator to maintain maximum effectiveness.
