Recommendations for use
For adults, take two capsules daily with food or as directed by a physician.

Purified deep-sea fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, mackerel, and herring), gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavoring), natural flavoring, RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), vitamin D3 (olive oil, cholecalciferol), rosemary extract (natural preservative).
