9 grams: Approximately 2 scoops of Essentials Amin.O Energy ™
10–12 fl. oz. of cold water
30 seconds stir until completely dissolved
Do not take with alcohol. Do not take more than 6 scoops within a four-hour period or 8 scoops within 24 hours. Combine the supplement with a healthy diet and training program and drink at least 3 L (100 oz.) of water per day. Physical exercise can increase the need for fluids.
