Recommendations for use
Mixes easily. Add one measuring scoop (included) to 150–180 ml (5–6 fl. oz.) of water, milk, or your favorite beverage and mix thoroughly. Take the drink before a workout, within 30 minutes after a workout, or at any time you want to drink a high-quality, high-protein beverage.
