Recommendations for use
Mixes easily. Add one measuring scoop (included) to 150–180 ml (5–6 fl. oz.) of water, milk, or your favorite drink and stir thoroughly. Take the drink before training, within 30 minutes after training, or at any time you want to drink a high-quality drink with high protein content.
