Preparation method
To obtain one serving (containing about 21 g of pure protein), mix 1 measuring scoop of powder (about 30–32 g) with 250–300 ml of water or your favorite drink. Mix thoroughly in a shaker until completely dissolved. For fast recovery, take 1–3 servings per day: in the morning, between meals or immediately after training
