Recommendations for use
34 g — one scoop of casein protein powder for adults
300–350 ml (10–12 fl oz) — cold water, milk, or other beverage
30 seconds — stir, shake in a shaker, or blend until completely dissolved
For best results, take the shake 30–60 minutes before sleep or consume it as a snack between meals at any time as part of a balanced high-protein diet.
Use 240–300 ml (8–10 fl oz) of liquid for a thicker consistency or 360–420 ml (12–14 fl oz) for a thinner consistency.
