Recommendations for use
340 g (approx. 2 heaping scoops) of Serious Mass™ protein powder
720 ml (24 fl oz) of cold water, milk, or other beverage
Mix for 30-45 seconds until dissolved
Tips. Individuals taking this supplement for the first time are recommended to start with 1/2 serving per day for the first week, then gradually increase to 1 serving per day.
For best results, take 2 scoops regularly in combination with regular strength exercises.
