Recommendations for use: Mix 1 scoop of powder with 200–250 ml of water or skim milk. Use a shaker and shake for 20–30 seconds until completely dissolved. Take 1–3 times a day: best immediately after a workout, in the morning on an empty stomach, or between main meals.
