How to take Dosage: Recommended norm - no more than 20-30 g (2-3 tablespoons) per day. Start with 1 teaspoon per day, gradually increasing the portion. Application: The product is ready for consumption. Mix the bran with kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk, or water, let it sit for 5-10 minutes. They can also be added to soups and salads. Water balance: Fiber requires moisture. Be sure to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of clean water per day.
