Method of administration and dosage
For adults and children over 12 years old, it is recommended to take 1-2 tablespoons per day, adding to food or washing down with a sufficient amount of water (1-2 glasses). Start taking with a small amount, gradually increasing to the recommended dose. For maximum effect, regular consumption is recommended.
Side effects
