Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) vegetable capsules daily with at least 240 ml (8 oz) of juice or other beverage. It is recommended to take between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Ingredients Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
