Recommendations for use: - increased nervous excitability and irritability; - increased physical and intellectual loads; - chronic stress; - depressive states; - feelings of anxiety and depression; - increased fatigue; - sleep disorders; - muscle pain and spasms; - as part of complex therapy for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including arrhythmia, arterial hypertension, congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, atherosclerosis and conditions after myocardial infarction. Contraindications: hypersensitivity to components, children under 12 years old. Side effects: usually well tolerated. Rarely: allergic reactions, weakness. Method of administration and dosage: for increased nervous excitability, nervous tension, irritability, feelings of anxiety and depression, usually 1 tablet 2-3 times a day is prescribed. The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets. For sleep disorders and insomnia, take 2 tablets half an hour before sleep. Taken orally, washed down with a sufficient amount of water. The course of administration is 1-3 months. Release form: Tablets №30. 2 blisters of 15 tablets with an insert sheet in a cardboard package. Shelf life: indicated on the package and blisters. Do not use after the expiration date! Storage conditions and terms: Store in a dark, cool place at a temperature not exceeding 25℃.
