Recommended as a biologically active food supplement – a source of valerenic acid. Helps to relieve increased nervous tension, anxiety, state of mental fatigue, increased nervous excitability, mood swings, emotional instability, aggression, irritability, and anxiety. Helps control emotions without reducing concentration. Helps relieve "big city syndrome". Does not cause drowsiness or addiction. Method of administration For adults and children over 14 years old, 2 tablets 2 times a day during the day with meals. Duration of intake — at least 1 month. Contraindications Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use. Storage conditions Store at a temperature not exceeding 25° C.
