Take 2 tablets daily, preferably with food or as directed by a physician.
1 tablet contains:
Glucosamine sulfate - 750 mg.
Chondroitin sulfate - 200 mg.
Hyaluronic acid - 50 mg.
Collagen peptide - 100 mg.
Methylsulfonylmethane - 25 mg.
