Romashka Eko Fito instructions for use
Indications:
Inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract; bloating; intestinal spasms; sleep disorders and nervous tension.
Contraindications:
Allergy to plants of the Asteraceae family; pregnancy (first trimester — with caution).
Method of administration:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 sachet, let it brew for 10–15 minutes. Take 2–3 times a day.

Store in a dry, cool, dark place.
