Recommendations for use: As a dietary supplement, adults should take one (1) capsule up to three (3) times a day with meals or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, purified water, refined soybean oil, mixed tocopherols. Contains soy and fish (anchovy, cod, herring, mackerel, salmon, sardine, sprat). Does not contain added sugar, salt, yeast, artificial flavors, or colors. Warnings: Results depend on individual body characteristics. Consult a physician before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking medications, including anticoagulants, if you have medical conditions, or are planning medical procedures.
