Take orally 1-2 capsules 3 times a day, after meals, with cold or lukewarm water.
It is recommended to swallow the capsules immediately with a large amount of water, do not keep them in the mouth for a long time, as the gelatin included in the shell can make the capsule sticky, which will make subsequent swallowing difficult.
