Recommendations for use
Adults: take one (1) softgel 3 times daily, preferably with a meal.
Ingredients
Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, mixed natural tocopherols.
Contains fish (cod, herring, mackerel, sardine).
Free of artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, shellfish.
