Recommendations for use
Adults: take one (1) soft tablet 3 times a day, preferably with a meal.
Ingredients
Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, mixed natural tocopherols.
Contains fish (cod, herring, mackerel, sardine).
Free of artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, shellfish.
Warnings
Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, lactation, taking medications (including blood thinners), or planning a medical procedure or surgical operation. If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. Do not use if the protective film under the cap is damaged or missing.
