Recommendations for use
Adults should take two (2) softgels twice a day, preferably with food.
Ingredients
Gelatin, vegetable glycerin. Contains < 2% acetylated monoglycerides, food glaze, mixed natural tocopherols, polysorbate 80, potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium alginate.
