Approximate brewing method: About 1 tsp is poured with 500 ml of boiling water (do not boil!). Infused until cool and filtered. Dosage: Adults are recommended to take 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day 30-40 minutes before meals. Course of intake: Usually lasts 1 month.
