Method of application and brewing: Usually loose herbal collections weighing 50 g are brewed according to the classic recipe: Preparation: 1-2 tablespoons of dry collection are poured with 200-400 ml (1-2 cups) of boiling water. Infusing: Infuse in a thermos or under a lid (preferably wrapped) for 15-30 minutes, after which it is thoroughly filtered. Intake: Taken warm 1/3 or 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals.
