Standard method of administration: Dosage: 1-2 teaspoons of dry mixture. Brewing: Pour 200 ml (one cup) of boiling water. Steeping: Keep under a lid or in a thermos for 15-20 minutes. Administration: Strain and drink warm (usually 1/3 or 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals).
