Recommendations for use: Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Ingredients: Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), and stearic acid (vegetable origin). No yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts are used in production.
