Method of administration and dosage For adults and children over 12 years old, take 1 teaspoon (5 g) of seeds 2-3 times a day with meals. Seeds can be ground and added to food or consumed whole with plenty of water. To prepare a decoction, pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of seeds, let it steep for 30 minutes, strain, and take 1/3 cup 3 times a day before meals.
