Indications:
Chronic constipation. Bowel cleansing. Short-term use for difficult defecation.
Contraindications:
Inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, colitis). Pregnancy. Intestinal obstruction. Long-term use is not recommended.
Method of administration:
Brew 1–2 g (0.5 teaspoon) in 200 ml of boiling water. Take at night.
