Recommendations for use As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics of the body. Ingredients Cellulose, starch, stearic acid, vegetable oil. Contains <2% of: Artificial color (fd&c yellow #6), croscarmellose sodium, gelatin, acacia gum, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, mono/diglycerides, polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide. Does not contain added yeast or artificial flavors. Warnings Consult a physician before starting use during pregnancy, nursing, or taking medications, if you have any medical conditions, or are planning medical procedures. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if defects are present or the integrity of the packaging is compromised. Store at room temperature. If you are taking other supplements, check the label information, as they may contain the same ingredient. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
