Recommendations for use
For adults: Take 1 capsule daily with at least 240 ml (8 ounces) of water on an empty stomach or as recommended by a nutritionist. If you are taking the supplement for the first time, it may be helpful to start with a lower dosage of serrapeptase — 40,000 SPU.
Ingredients
Serrateric™ (maltodextrin, tricalcium phosphate, calcium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, medium-chain triglycerides), delayed-release vegetarian capsules (hypromellose, gellan gum, purified water).
Warnings
Not recommended if you are pregnant, nursing, taking anticoagulants, or have poor digestion. Stop taking if you feel nausea, vomiting, or stomach upset.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry and cool place.
