Recommendations for use For adults: Take 1 capsule daily with at least 240 ml (8 oz) of water on an empty stomach or as directed by a physician. Ingredients Serrateric™ (maltodextrin, tricalcium phosphate, calcium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, medium chain triglycerides, delayed-release vegetarian capsules (hypromellose, gellan gum, purified water). Warnings Not recommended for use during pregnancy, lactation, while taking anticoagulants, or in case of poor digestion. Discontinue use if you experience nausea, vomiting, or stomach upset.
