Method of administration
For adults:
250 mg (1 measuring spoon) — 1–2 times a day:
in the morning on an empty stomach
before bedtime
Recommended 4–6 times a week.
Dissolve in warm water and take 30 minutes before meals.
Can be dissolved under the tongue.
