Method of administration and dosage: Taken orally, preferably after meals, washed down or diluted in warm water/tea: Adults: 1–2 tablespoons 2–3 times a day. Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 teaspoon 2–3 times a day. Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 dessert spoon 2–3 times a day.
