Recommendations for use: Pour 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water over 2 filter bags (3.0 - 4.0 g), infuse in a water bath for 15-20 minutes, squeeze out, take for adults 1/3 cup of infusion 3 times a day during meals. Duration of intake – 1 month. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
