Method of administration and dosage: Take orally, preferably after meals, drinking or diluting in warm water/tea: Adults: 1-2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day. Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day. Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 dessert spoon 2-3 times a day.
