English: Herbal sedative with magnesium replenishment. Active Ingredients Properties: Passionflower extract: Contains alkaloids and the flavonoid vitexin. Has a mild sedative effect on the central nervous system, helps restore sleep, reduces anxiety and nervousness, has a spasmolytic effect on smooth muscles, and improves heart function. Valerian extract: Demonstrates a moderately pronounced sedative effect and reduces CNS excitability. Its components exert a mild spasmolytic action. Melissa extract: Contains 0.1–0.3% essential oil (citronellal, geraniol, citral, citronellol, linalool, phenylpropanoids, chlorogenic, and caffeic acids). This sedative agent possesses anxiolytic, antidepressant, spasmolytic, immunomodulatory, antiviral, antiallergic, and antimicrobial properties. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): Acts as a coenzyme in metabolic processes and regulates nervous system metabolism. Accelerates gastrointestinal absorption of magnesium and its intracellular uptake/retention. Maintains mental/physical performance and endurance, regulates blood glucose, normalizes thyroid, adrenal, and sex gland functions, enhances brain tissue metabolism, strengthens the nervous system, and exhibits antidepressant action. Magnesium: An essential element vital for cellular function and metabolic reactions. Regulates nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction. Acts as a physiological calcium antagonist and component of receptor structures (NMDA-, AMPA- for acetylcholine, norepinephrine, dopamine), necessary for neurotransmitter metabolism. Reduces neuronal excitability, maintains muscle ionic balance, slows neuromuscular transmission, and participates in enzymatic reactions. Magnesium deficiency manifests as muscle weakness, hyperreflexia, irritability, sleep disorders, cardiac arrhythmias (extrasystoles, tachycardia), and gastrointestinal upset (diarrhea). Deficiency can be primary (congenital) or secondary (inadequate intake, poor absorption, renal loss, or increased demand due to stress, exertion, pregnancy). For high nervous excitability, stress, irritability, anxiety, or depression: 1 tablet 2–3 times daily (maximum daily dose: 3 tablets). For sleep disorders or insomnia: 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime. Take orally with a sufficient amount of water. Course of treatment: 1–3 months. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to components, children under 12 years of age, pregnancy, and lactation. Side Effects: Generally well tolerated. Rarely: allergic reactions, weakness.
