Method of administration and dosage Dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a glass of water, milk, or compote. Take between meals. Adults: 3 sachets per day, divided into 3 doses. In case of acute diarrhea, the daily dose can be doubled at the beginning of treatment. Children over 2 years old: 2-3 sachets per day. Children from 1 to 2 years old: 1-2 sachets per day. Children under 1 year old: 1 sachet per day. Treatment course 3-7 days. The duration of treatment is determined individually. Side effects Most common - constipation (in most cases it passes after dose adjustment). Rarely - allergic reactions (skin rash, itching, urticaria, Quincke's edema). Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, intestinal obstruction, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase-isomaltase deficiency. Special instructions In case of acute diarrhea in adults and especially in children, rehydration therapy must be carried out. The drug is taken separately from other medicines, with an interval of 1-2 hours, as it may reduce their absorption. Use with caution in patients with a history of severe chronic constipation.
