Recommendations for use Use only as directed. Take 3 capsules daily. For best results, take in divided doses. Take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules two hours before bedtime. Ingredients Vegetable cellulose capsule, stearic acid, cellulose, silicon dioxide. Warnings Do not use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before starting use. Consult a physician if you are taking prescription medications with Magtein®. Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® may cause drowsiness or headaches. This may indicate a magnesium deficiency and is temporary. Reduce dosage, consult a physician, or discontinue use if symptoms persist for more than one week. Store in a cool, dry place.
